WE SEND IN OUR ORDERS TO THE PUBLISHERS ON A WEEKLY BASIS, BUT IT TAKES THE PUBLISHERS 2 OR 3 ISSUES TO START NEW MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTIONS, AND 6 TO 8 ISSUES FOR WEEKLYS. As an example, if an order is placed in January the first issue would be received in April.

Please do not email us until the end of the third month as we cannot get an answer from the fulfillment house until then. For example, if you order in March the end of the third month would be the end of June. It is actually a little more complicated than that because if you order the 4th week of the month, we send the order to the clearing house the first week of the next month.

Most magazine publishers have a customer service 800 number which is inside the magazine and also listed with the 800 operator, (800) 555-1212. Please try to contact the magazine directly before contacting us, as we try to give you the lowest possible prices and the more e-mail we need to reply to, the more difficult this task becomes.

Most of the hundreds of publishers use just a handful of "fulfillment houses," which are businesses that tabulate and process the millions of orders, and perform the actual sorting and mailing. That takes a lot of time. Additionally, most magazines are printed months in advance, and each printing is pre-allocated to include only to the amount of subscribers at the actual time of printing. Thus, an order received in March might actually commence in June or July, as the March issues were already printed back in January. There is little difference in the processing time whether one orders directly through the publisher, or through an agency such as ours. This mandatory delay time makes it imperative that you submit renewals A.S.A.P.!

Renewals should be ordered within the 7th or 8th month of the subscription to be sure that no issues are missed.

Even if you have renewed with Mags4Cheap, you will probably receive many renewal notices directly from the publisher of the magazine. This is an automatic process from the publisher and does not mean that there is a problem with your order.

All orders are fully cancelable as long as the cancel request is received within 48 hours of the time the order is placed. After that, in most cases cancellations will not be accepted. There's a good reason for this policy.

All orders are pre-paid to the publishers and processed promptly so as to ensure that the subscription begins as quickly as possible. Mags4Cheap differs from other online subscription services in that we never offer free trials or scams. We negotiate with publishers for the lowest rates available by pledging that we will only process legitimate, pre-paid orders from consumers who are sure of what they want when placing orders. This saves time and money for all parties. It seems to work well. Unlike some of our competitors who cancel as much as 50% of all the orders they process, fewer than 1/10th of 1% of all Mags4Cheap customers have requested refunds or cancellation since our online launch.

We do recognize that special situations may arise when an inappropriate magazine is ordered or editorial content changes. In such an event, please contact us by clicking here. All such cases will be handled on an individual, case-by-case basis.

Customers shall receive store credit equal to the number of unreceived issues in the event that a magazine title is discontinued by the publisher.
