After reading all the individual stories of athletes who take on the biggest wave, or climb the steepest mountain, or ski the steepest hill, I find I get motivated even more with my own sport after reading any of the Outdoor articles. I find the people in the stories have the same stimulation to conquer what ever is in front, below, above or inside of them. The only difference between them and me is that they are in the magazine and I'm unknown doing my own thing extreme rush. 5.0

The magazine monthly features rotate between tales of survival, environmental issues and elite athlete/racing coverage.
