The magazine is nothing but ads! This may be fine for a professional interior decorator but you are marketing it as a consumer magazine. The articles few and far between are rather light weight as well.
I am glad that I only wasted $12.00 for the subscription. I am an unhappy consumer ! 1.0

Submitted By: Natalie Bryant:I must admit, I am not your typical Elle Décor Magazine reader. I would imagine that your target reader is perhaps a Caucasian upper middle class female homeowner. I could be wrong but it is just a hunch. Nevertheless, I only fit one of three of those characteristics---I am a woman. As a 24 year old recent college graduate I have increasing debt, limited funds, and an even smaller amount of money to spend on magazines, let alone decorating my apartment. However, as I look to cut expenses in my budget, I am unwilling to cancel my Elle Decor subscription. Why? It's simple---Elle Decor represents my aspirations. Intuitively it makes sense that as I progress in my career and make more money, I'll have more funds to spend on my home. But that's only one side of the equation. On a deeper level, I strongly believe that a person's home reflects, or should reflect, who they are. Elle Decor is who I want to be---sexy, chic, balanced, mature, and eclectic. Why pay a therapist when I can have a much cheaper standing appointment with my Elle Decor? 5.0
