I love First for Women magazine! It has a little bit of everything that I'm interested in, from beauty ideas to etiquette tips, to home design suggestions. It has diet ideas, and interesting information from different cultures. I'm a 60 year old grandmother, and most of the woman's magazines are pointed at young women, either single or with a young family. THIS magazine has something for ALL ages. It also gives me good insight into what my daughters, and their daughters, are interested in; lots of conversation starters for me. It keeps me up to date on new products and ideas. My daughter sent it to me, as a gift, and I didn't think it would be of interest, but I can't wait to open the cover whenever it comes.

Some of my fav's are Make us laugh and the Guess the expression (this can really make you think)! It really has alot on diets and weight lost programs which seems to be of interest to alot of women. Also I love to hear of all the success that some of these everyday women have had losing weight sometimes they have lost a whole other person. It has such unique tips about skin, hair, body and so on. The other day I got stung by a bee and I remembered something I read from this magazine that helped relieve the sting. It's a fun, easy read that you can remember many tips from and pass them along to your friends. I highly recommend it to anyone who just wants to take a few minutes and learn lots of little info about life. 5.0

It is all good reading and beneficial. There isn't anything in it that I would consider offensive. Every issue is filled with the latest information on how to stay fit, lose weight, and keep your love life sizzling and so much more. The information is great for someone who doesn't have tons of time to read, but just wants the really good stuff up front and fast. My favorite is the little snippets of helpful hints and tips, like do-it-yourself facial recipes, homeopathic ways to beat the flu bug or soothe nausea. I find myself tearing out pages in every issue to keep for reference! Also, there are tons of delicious and easy to make recipes; each with its own picture of what the meal should look like.
