I subscribed to Louisiana Cooking magazine last year and absolutely love it!! It's real LOUISIANA cooking, not Cajun or Creole by southern wannabees. Articles are by Louisiana chefs who have real Louisiana restaurants and give you the real low down on food and seasonal cooking. The recipes are easy to follow and taste great!! The articles are informative and entertaining. This is highly recommended if you love food magazines.
