As a family "hobby" farmer on a relatively small holding, Hobby Farms magazine has proven, time and again, to be an indispensable resource. Well written, timely, entertaining and informative, Hobby Farms brings us information on everything from tried and true techniques to new technology and ideas in every issue. In fact, it was an article in an issue of Hobby Farms from last year that got my family interested in and then started on raising endangered heritage breed poultry. If I could only have a single magazine subscription for use on my property, this would be it! We have saved every copy that we have ever gotten and everyone one of them has bookmarks and is dog-eared from use. And it isn't just me that thinks so, I have bragged on this magazine so much that our local feed store owner subscribed and so did my sister-in-law. Just a great publication - I wouldn't want to be without it!

Hobby Farms Magazine is a very informative and interesting magazine. It has a good lay-out and graphics with easy to understand articles. The magazine is filled with short to the point information and gives many sources for follow-up information or product acquisition.
