I've read Yachting magazine for over forty years, and it's current format may be the best yet. The editors did a major overhaul about a year ago, and it's now a much livelier, more graphically distinctive magazine than it's ever been. They've also refocused the magazine to include more of the yachting lifestyle, with the result that it's got a much broader appeal than it had. However, they have still maintained a solid focus on the core of yachting--boats. Their design reviews focus on the latest boats to hit the market, and are usually well photographed and thoughtful. There are other, more narrowly focused magazines that cover racing or cruising in more depth, but Yachting is a nice blend of travel, design, boat reviews, and lifestyle articles.

The company that built the boat would only advertise in Yachting because they knew it to be the finest boating publication on sale today. It is a fine publication with articles and advertisers to suit every level of boater. Keep up the good work! 4.0

It takes me to far away anchorages aboard a variety of aspiration and more attainable boats...and I literally sit for hours reading and dreaming!
I would suggest this magazine to anyone that either is in the market for a boat or simply aspires to have one. A great read! 5.0
