The recipes inside are my favorite part since they are extremely simple to make, low in fat and calories, and are delicious. It also has fitness ideas and comments from others who are on the program itself. Itís just too bad that it comes out once every two months, because I would love to see more in this magazine!

I just love Weight Watchers magazine. I have been a weight watcher for at least 5 years and while I no longer attend meetings, the magazine keeps me current with what is going on with the program. I love the recipes and the diet and exercise tips. They help keep me focused and keep me watching my weight with their help. I recommend this magazine to anyone who is serious about either losing weight or maintaining their weight.

I have received Weight Watchers magazine for almost a year now. I just renewed it as I truly look forward to the next issue. As a woman that recently lost weight this magazine keeps me motivated and perks me up when I feel the urge to back to my unhealthy eating habits. The recipes are excellent and I have made a great majority of the dishes. I have even fooled my husband into eating healthy! Weight Watchers Magazine is a great way to keep me up-to-date on the Weight Watchers program. Along with easy recipes (including points values), there are ads for low-points value foods, and some exercise tips. My favorite part of the magazine, by far, is the success stories. Weight Watchers Magazine is a welcome addition to the Weight-Watchers program!! I loved the recipes. They took everyday food, and taught you how to make it with higher fiber and lower fat. I even hosted dinner parties with these recipes, and my guests were none the wiser. The exercise tips and encouraging articles were also a great asset. I was truly impressed with this publication.
