I have always read Fitness Magazine, but decided to order a 1 year subscription from Mags4Cheap to save money. I am currently getting my certification for Health & Physical Education and feel very strongly on living a healthy lifestyle. Fitness Magazine offers great advice on eating healthy, ways to decrease stress, and tips on exercising. The pictures of specific exercises are very useful because it shows readers the correct form of the exercise. I have used many of the exercises provided in the magazine and incorporated those into my workout plan. I highly recommend this great magazine!

Although I look nothing like the models on the cover, I thoroughly enjoy reading Fitness magazine from cover to cover. The stories and articles are great, and the title of the magazine speaks for itself. It is Fitness for the body, mind, and soul. There are lots of articles that hone in on everyday struggles that I have with food and exercise. I just recently received a subscription of Fitness magazine as a gift and absolutely love it already. Fitness magazine has taken on a whole new, it's for real women! Not stick skinny models! LOVE IT. The workouts, the recipes, the real women stories...those are my favorites. Plus, on the website they have videos, unlike SHAPE and other magazines like it. There's some beauty but it doesn't try to be a fashion magazine.
