Family Handyman magazine is great! It contains very helpful and detailed tips and solutions. It is really easy to follow, especially for someone who is trying to learn do-it-yourself weekend projects. The price and materials list, in addition to the wood cut out diagram saves time and money! I plan to renew my subscription for years to come!

We have been subscribing to Family Handyman Magazine for years. Both my wife and I pour over it each month. It keeps us well informed on possible home improvements and repair that we can do ourselves to our home. It's our favorite magazine. Thanks for a quality magazine.

My grandfather was an expert craftsman. My son had the desire, but not all the "know-how" to accomplish the "end result". "Handyman" magazine provides him with that detailed instruction that his great-grandfather would have given to create masterpieces and improve his home.

While Family Handyman Magazine can be a bit basic for veteran homeowners, it is fantastic for first timers. It empowers you to tackle your own home upkeep, and always keeps an emphasis on personal safety.

Family Handyman Magazine is full of great, practical ideas for even the novice "handyperson". Easy step by step instructions with photos to help you along the way! A great gift idea for that "do it yourselfer" in your life OR for yourself!

I have been receiving the Family Handyman Magazine for close to a year. This magazine has great common sense tasks that anyone can perform. Often featured are small projects that are laid out in a "you can't mess it up" form. Also, there is always great energy saving tips. I enjoy the unique ideas that are contributed by other readers on how they developed and constructed simple solutions to everyday issues. This magazine is easily read by my wife, who is not in the building trades. It also reads quickly and clearly, so that I (general contractor and engineer) get a lot out of it as well. Great for all levels of readers who are interested in up-grading and maintaining their top investment, there home. Buy with confidence.

I bought one of these magazines for my Dad as part of a Father's Day present, and it turned out that he already had a subscription and absolutely loves it! I also just purchased a subscription for my brother in law who is kind of difficult to buy for. He is definitely into tools and "manly crafts," but it is difficult to buy items for an already very full garage (that don't cost hundreds of dollars). Family Handyman is his first magazine subscription (not a big reader), but he is so excited to start receiving these. A perfect gift for the handyman in your family!

I bought Family Handyman Magazine about a year ago for the first time, because I liked the Garage Makeover front cover. One of my pet peeves is having clutter out. Your magazine provides hints and suggestions to eliminate that clutter. I recently built a deck on my house and took your suggestion to heart about the spacing of the boards. Since the wood was "wet", I got them as close together as I could and when they "dried", they looked wonderful with that slight spacing. Thank you, your magazine inspires my creative juices.

I've subscribed to Family Handyman magazine for nearly 10 years, and every month, I learn something new! The projects are simple, practical, and well designed so that anyone with minimal skills (and often times minimal tools too) can do the work and be proud. My wife even looks through this magazine to get ideas for future projects for me to do around the house....not sure that's a selling point to all of you, but I like it! Another thing I've always liked about this magazine is the fact that while there are advertisements, they certainly don't consume the majority of the pages. The products advertised are featured in the magazine articles, so you can see an actual application for their use. This is one of the few magazines where I actually scan the ads looking for new products.

If you own a home, know how to use your hands and don't mind to do it when it comes to home improvements, then you need to subscribe, if not already, to Family Handyman. The magazine is full with very useful advises, complete projects including detailed pictures of each step of the process, and very bright ideas that you'll certainly appreciate. You won't be disappointed, will in fact enjoy it and get your money's worth. Two thumbs up, keep the good stuff coming Family Handyman!

As an avid "do-it-yourselfer", I've consistently relied on The Family Handyman magazine to provide me with innovative ideas to improve my home. Each issue is packed with great advice on how to resolve common issues around the house. I especially look forward to the projects that are provided in the magazine. The cutting/building instructions are thorough and outlined very well in a visual format so that anyone who is handy with tools can easily complete them. Unlike many other home improvement magazines, I've found that the projects in The Family Handyman are very fashionable and will add real value to any home. In addition, the projects are very diverse, ranging from gazebos, interior cabinetry, bathroom remodeling, outdoor furniture, garden ponds, etc. My family and friends have been amazed at some of the projects that I've been able to complete with the help of TFH magazine. I've been a loyal subscriber to TFM for over four years now and have no intention of missing a single issue in the future!

I have ordered the Family Handyman magazine because it's my husband's favorite magazine. These are the reasons that he enjoys it so much: 1. It is useful. After receiving a new issue of The Family Handyman my husband will immediately begin to fix something in the house, there have been countless projects in our house that have been aided by this magazine. We have used the bat tips, painting ideas, how to install a counter-top etc all from the magazine. 2. It is thoughtful. This magazine does not assume that all of the readers are handy, the tips, articles etc. are written clearly, carefully and in simple steps that are created to aide the reader, even I (who hate home repair!) will read the articles and feel like I understand the process. 3. It is up with the times. This magazine gives many new ideas for gardening, building a porch and saving energy, all of these ideas are new and creative allowing the reader to create a new look for their homes. Basically these magazines are keepers! My husband keeps his Family Handyman collection in a safe and easy to reach section in the house.

The Family Handyman Magazine is the perfect magazine to help those who feel they are not perfectly handy. There are easy to read, step by step diagrams for projects throughout the home. I have found this magazine very helpful for do-it-yourself projects from changing electrical outlets to building a deck. I save every issue and find myself returning for references quite often. It is a wonderful magazine.

I purchased this subscription of "Family Handyman" for my son-in-law. I have had my own subscription for several years and find it to be very helpful for projects around the home. The articles stick to practical issues, repair techniques, helpful hints, and interesting feedback from readers, as well as detailed instructions, plans and tips for larger projects that may interest the readers. I am sure that my son-in-law, as well as my daughter, will enjoy this subscription as they tackle the many projects facing a homeowner with a "new" older home.

Family Handyman Magazine is a great magazine. It has a lot of tips on home projects for the average Joe homeowner with step by step illustrations. I wish I discovered Family Handyman much earlier. This magazine has saved me a ton of money doing it myself!

My husband remodels and builds houses. Family Handyman magazine gives him and his customer’s ideas for their project. Anytime he starts a new project, he will look through his past Handyman magazines to see what they recommend for the project. Many of his customers want to know how to receive the magazine; he tells them to go to www.mags4cheap.com so they can order a copy of their own.

When it comes to home repairs, I am all thumbs. I've had leaky faucets and toilets for years. Patching drywall, fixing locks, and replacing glass in windows used to require a call for professional help, until I subscribed to Family Handyman magazine. It contains easy to follow, step by step directions with terrific pictures. With actual real life applications for stuff you'll find lying around your garage (from old buckets to wire to an old useless hose), this magazine is a true boon for anyone looking to clean up their act (and their garage) and make the time they have to spend on projects less of a fight to just keep the cords straight! I've saved hundreds of dollars since purchasing it. Simply terrific!

I must say, I really enjoy Family Handyman Magazine. There are so many informative articles, as well as how-to tips so I can make the projects at home. I am a woman and it was explained so that even I could do some of those things myself, which was the best thing about the magazine.

I have found Family Handyman magazine to be very helpful. Some of the projects profiled are beyond my interest but many of the tips and suggestions are very useful. I have referred back to articles many months later. The articles are usually interesting and written so they are easy to understand and follow. I plan on keeping my subscription for the foreseeable future.

I have been a subscriber for many years now. I have alsao given it as a gift to two of my friends who enjoy it as much as I do. The articles show projects in a clear concise, easy to understand language. I am over 70 but still enjoy DIY projects in my shop and have most of the "toys" to make projects simpler and easier. Keep the good things coming.

I have ordered a subscription to Family Handyman magazine because I recently bought a house and am learning to do my own improvements on it. I am a woman and I appreciate it when Family Handyman shows a woman doing the repairs as that gives me hope that I can do my own repairs, too. I live in a small town and my library has current year and the last two years of Family Handyman and I have read them all. I have copied so many articles out of the library magazines that I figured it would be cheaper to just buy a subscription!

I have been subscribing and buying Family Handyman for a year. This magazine is perfect for the home remodeler like me or for smaller contractors. I currently manage rental housing in a trendy area of the East Coast and offer the magazines to my tenants (after I am finished myself) and they have found great tips for upgrading their rental properties for an inexpensive cost. I recommend this publication for anyone that is ready to take on a project or just great recommendations.

Family Handyman Magazine is a handyman's dream. It has dozens of great unique ideas in each issue that can actually be used around the home and garage/workshop. The larger tasks that are detailed out maybe be a stretch for most do-it-yourselfers but still gives you all the information needed. Regardless of whether I actually did any of the tips/tricks in the magazine I still really enjoyed reading it each month.
