It covers all US species and is well written with very good editors. There is very little fluff and the content is almost always helpful. I've subscribed off and on since I was 12 and just ordered a subscription for my son. It is great at keeping the hunting desire fueled in between seasons.

Hunting Magazine is a very informational, and provides good timing on articles with current Hunting conditions. Great staff writers, definitely sportsman themselves. My children also find this "Hunting Magazine" interesting. Hunting is filled with great pictures and easy to understand articles for a young hunter to comprehend. I would recommend this to the avid hunter or anyone taking an interest in Hunting.

I thoroughly enjoy receiving this magazine each month. The writing staff is top notch and the articles usually contain all the information I could ask for. Most of the "fluff" articles that other publications put out are noticeably non-existant. A good read through and through.

We ordered a Hunting magazine subscription for the men in our office, they love it. It is a great addition to our "girly" stuff as they say. What else will get them to sit quietly for any lenght of time with the TV off?

I enjoy reading Peterson's Hunting magazine partly because of the wide variety of Hunting areas and topics that it covers. The sections dealing with specific types of guns and gun performance is also very good. There is a bit of redundancy with certain topics, but the magazine's writers do a good job of maintaining readers' interest. For the price, it is well worth the subscription!

I had originally purchased Hunting magazine for my step-father who is a seasoned hunter. After every issue would arrive, he would stay up in bed and read the issue from cover to cover, and update me on what was written in the morning. After a couple of months of receiving telephonic updates regarding this magazine, I had to read it for myself. The stories were entertaining and full of fresh, knowledgeable information, even for the seasoned hunter. I now have him send me the magazine after he reads it, and we discuss the articles together. If you are a hunter at any skill level, and like to read entertaining and knowledgeable articles, you will love "Hunting” magazine. Just remember not to wake up a family member too early to discuss what you just read! You may be tempted to do so after reading this magazine!

My husband and both of my boys, ages 14 & 10, are big hunters and enjoy Hunting magazine. It's a great magazine to learn from and also for pure pleasure. My youngest son does not enjoy Reading at school and Hunting magazine is something he looks forward to receiving. He looks forward to reading it and looking at the pictures, which in turn is helping to instill a love for reading.
