Every single recipe I've tried from Vegetarian Times has been delicious! My husband and I are vegetarians and my son is a vegan - so I especially appreciate all the vegan recipes, too. This magazine is a GREAT resource for really good, easy-to-make vegetarian and vegan recipes.
