Although I'm not a total vegetarian, I've realized the need to add more vegetables to my diet. Unable to find healthy vegetable based recipes in my large collection of cookbooks I subscribed to Vegetarian Times. I'm delighted with the tasty recipes in every issue and have used many of them to replace older recipes that once contained meat. I particularly enjoy the "Carrot and Stick" column and have changed some shopping habits based on it. The whole magazine is well written with an outlook on living that I find suits my sensibilities and outlook on life. I will be renewing my subscription when it expires.
