As a former first grade teacher of 38 years I know how important it is to gain the interest of children to encourage their love of reading. Zootles Magazine has colorful pictures and interesting stories. The stories are full of interesting facts that all children love so that they can learn about animals. Zootles is just the beginning and leads to Zoobooks. I am volunteering in the Media Center and our copies of these magazines stay checked out. Teachers also love Zootles for the pictures and facts that they can in cooperate into their lesson plans. They are the best. I know for I used them myself in my classroom.
